Probably Stolen Georgio: Visits, Goods & Loan Guide
Learn Georgio's visit schedule, inspect his goods, handle radioactive waste, and understand his spaceship loan and four-times repayment.
Georgio can turn a shop visit into a questionable bargain—or a surprisingly profitable loan. This Probably Stolen Georgio guide explains which offers deserve scrutiny, when he appears, and why funding his spaceship can tie up money you need for rent. Use this Probably Stolen Georgio walkthrough to plan around his visits without mistaking an extravagant sales pitch for valuable merchandise.
Spoiler warning: This guide covers Georgio’s later visits, loan rewards, and repayment conditions.
The mechanics below reflect community reports documented in the Wikily Georgio customer reference and the Probably Stolen Guide’s Georgio walkthrough, including version 1.0 information. For the game’s store listing and developer information, check Probably Stolen on Steam.
Who Is Georgio in Probably Stolen?
Georgio is a recurring scavenger associated with the Lower Levels and the Lower Level Citizens reputation group. He wears a red jacket, carries a backpack, and describes himself as an exceptional scavenger. His merchandise does not always live up to that confidence.

He visits your counter to sell recovered goods, tell stories about his discoveries, and eventually request funding for a spaceship. He also has a separate encounter involving radioactive waste you previously discarded.
| Character detail | What it means for your shop |
|---|---|
| Role | Recurring scavenger who sells goods and advances his storyline |
| Affiliation | Lower Levels; associated with Lower Level Citizens |
| Sales approach | Gives ordinary items impressive-sounding names |
| Main financial decision | Whether to lend him money for spaceship materials |
| Loan reward | An I.O.U. and a Scavenger’s Token |
| Special encounter | Returns discarded radioactive waste |
The central lesson of any Probably Stolen Georgio guide is simple: evaluate the item, not the story attached to it. “Ancient alien relics” might sound like premium stock, but his opening offer is ordinary Scrap Metal.
That does not make every transaction a bad deal. Discounts and useful inventory can still make purchases worthwhile. The important distinction is between an entertaining description and an item’s actual resale value.
Probably Stolen Georgio Visit Schedule
Community reports place Georgio’s regular storyline visits on fixed days, starting on day 6 and continuing through day 43. Those dates apply whether you play the introduction or choose Skip Intro, but the normal schedule does not apply in Endless Mode.
The day-15 encounter also has a starting-perk exception.
| Day or trigger | Reported encounter or condition |
|---|---|
| Day 6 | First introduction; offers four pieces of Scrap Metal as relics |
| Day 9 | Second visit; offers four large bottles of water |
| Days 12, 15, 18, and 22 | Further scavenging encounters; day 15 is excluded with the Maimed starting perk |
| Day 27 | Gives you one Liquid Luck |
| Day 32 | Returns with three Liquid Luck for sale |
| Day 37 | Another scheduled storyline visit |
| Day 43 | Requests a spaceship loan |
| After your first nuclear-waste disposal | Separate return encounter, available from day 3 |
| Day 48 | Conditional letter visit during Cadet Serpico’s story if you did not report Serpico |
Not every merchandise encounter is assigned a specific day in the supplied references, so avoid assuming that an item list alone establishes its exact date.
Prepare for the visits that matter
For a practical Probably Stolen Georgio schedule, mark days 27, 32, and 43 first. These correspond to a free item, a later purchasing opportunity, and the major lending decision.
Before those visits:
- Leave room in the middle of the front counter for the day-27 gift.
- Keep spending money available if you want to consider the day-32 Liquid Luck offer.
- Review upcoming bills before choosing a loan on day 43.
- Remember that skipping the introduction does not shift his regular dates.
Endless Mode needs separate treatment. Community reports say it skips the normal character-story scheduler, although the separate payment-day repayment check still applies when an outstanding loan exists. Do not use the standard calendar as an Endless Mode appointment list.
What Georgio Sells and How to Inspect His Goods
Georgio’s inventory combines ordinary supplies, suspicious merchandise, and unusual finds. His descriptions are part of the joke, not reliable appraisal information.
| Sales pitch or encounter | Actual goods reported | Recommended approach |
|---|---|---|
| Ancient alien discoveries | Four pieces of Scrap Metal | Value them as Scrap Metal, not rare artifacts |
| Futuristic water invention | Four large bottles labeled as dehydrated water | Compare the price with ordinary large water bottles |
| Discounted branded cigarettes | Two packets with counterfeit defects | Inspect the packaging before negotiating |
| Upper Levels salvage | Birth-control pills, tampons, shampoo, toilet paper, and toothpaste | Assess each item and the total purchase cost |
| Secret-location discovery | An evidence loot crate | Treat the claimed origin as context, not proof of value |
| Liquid Luck return visit | Three Liquid Luck on day 32 | Check the current quote before buying |
Community reports list visit-dependent bulk discounts ranging from 15% to 75%. However, a steep discount is not automatically a good purchase: you still need useful stock, sufficient cash, and a realistic resale margin.
For example, saving 75% on something you cannot profitably move may be less useful than buying everyday supplies at a smaller discount. Do not let the discount percentage replace an appraisal.
Inspect his cigarette packets before haggling
One especially important Probably Stolen Georgio encounter involves counterfeit cigarettes. Check the seal, logo, and lettering in the inspection view, then use the inspection responses to point out defects.
According to community reports, Georgio can acknowledge the problems and lower his price. That changes what you pay; it does not make the packets genuine.
Use this buying sequence:
- Identify what is actually on the counter.
- Inspect authenticity and any visible defects.
- Raise relevant problems through the available dialogue.
- Compare the revised price with the goods’ actual value.
- Accept only if the purchase fits your stock and cash needs.
Why Security gets involved
Some encounters include arrest branches. During the Upper Levels visit, Security accuses Georgio of entering a women’s bathhouse illegally. His secret-find encounter refers to repeated evidence-room break-ins.
These details explain his dubious supply chain. Community reports do not describe arresting him as a requirement for purchasing his stock, so keep the story branch separate from your appraisal decision.
Should You Fund Georgio’s Spaceship?
The loan has a reported payoff, but it is not immediately available money. Georgio asks for help finishing his spaceship on day 43. You can refuse or choose between two amounts based on your current cash.
In version 1.0, community reports describe the choices as one quarter or one half of your cash, with fractional credits rounded down when your balance is nonnegative. Always read the displayed amount before confirming.
| Choice | Immediate result | Financial trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Decline | Keep your cash; Georgio returns to searching for materials | No loan repayment to collect |
| Lend one quarter | Receive an I.O.U. and Scavenger’s Token | Retain more money for operations |
| Lend one half | Receive an I.O.U. and Scavenger’s Token | Commit more money while waiting |
The safest Probably Stolen Georgio loan strategy is to protect your operating budget first. A future return does not purchase today’s stock or cover a bill that arrives before repayment becomes eligible.
If you have 4,000 credits, the quarter option lends 1,000, leaving 3,000. The half option lends 2,000, leaving 2,000. Consider which remaining balance can comfortably cover your next expenses.
How much does Georgio repay?
Community reports describe a repayment totaling four times the original loan. That total includes your principal.
| Amount lent | Total repayment | Net gain |
|---|---|---|
| 500 credits | 2,000 credits | 1,500 credits |
| 1,000 credits | 4,000 credits | 3,000 credits |
| 2,000 credits | 8,000 credits | 6,000 credits |
There are two reported repayment routes:
- Ordinary return: Eligible from 26 days after lending.
- Earlier payment-day return: Eligible from six days after lending, on a rent or mortgage payment day when you cannot afford the payment.
Both require an outstanding loan. With a day-43 loan, those thresholds correspond to day 69 for the ordinary route and day 49 for the earliest qualifying payment-day route. These are eligibility thresholds, not unconditional appointment dates.
Do not deliberately run out of money just to pursue the earlier return. Keeping your business solvent is more reliable than planning around a conditional rescue.
What does the Scavenger’s Token do?
Place the Scavenger’s Token in a display case to increase the chance of Scavenger customers.
It affects that customer group; it does not directly summon Georgio, trigger repayment, or function as a debt-collection item. Treat the token and the eventual repayment as separate benefits.
Radioactive Waste and Other Visit Preparation
Georgio’s radioactive-waste encounter is unrelated to his spaceship funding. After you first discard nuclear waste during an after-hours outing, he can bring it back because he believes you left your belongings behind.
This is also why identifying the customer matters: Georgio returns the waste; the corporate waste manager pays you to accept barrels. They are different visitors.
Community reports recommend this disposal process after Georgio’s return:
- Let him finish returning the barrels.
- Pack them into the backpack selected for your outing.
- Travel to the Dumping Grounds again.
- Place each barrel directly on Ground.
- Confirm that you are leaving the barrels behind.
Check your available backpack space before departure. Simply intending to discard the waste is not the same as completing the placement and departure steps.
For the rest of his storyline, keep your preparation modest: clear counter space, inspect questionable goods, and maintain a cash reserve. Georgio offers potentially useful deals and a substantial loan return, but neither requires believing every claim he makes.
Probably Stolen Georgio FAQ
When does Georgio first appear?
His first regular visit is on day 6, including when you choose Skip Intro. Community reports list additional fixed visits through day 43 outside Endless Mode. A separate waste-return encounter can become available from day 3 after your first qualifying disposal.
Does Georgio really repay the spaceship loan?
Yes, according to community reports for version 1.0. His repayment totals four times the amount lent, including your original money. The ordinary return becomes eligible after 25 full days; an earlier return requires a qualifying payment day after five full days.
Is lending half your cash better than lending a quarter?
It produces a larger eventual repayment, but also leaves less money available immediately. Choose based on your upcoming bills and inventory needs. The smaller loan is the more conservative option when committing half your balance would strain the shop.
Does the Scavenger’s Token bring Georgio back?
No. Displaying it increases the chance of Scavenger customers generally. It does not specifically summon Georgio or accelerate his loan repayment. His return depends on the relevant story and repayment conditions, not simply owning or displaying the token.
